Terms of Service
Upon commissioning:
All payments shall be done through a PayPal invoice.
All prices are listed in USD (United States Dollar) and any payment in other currencies will be appropriately converted to match the USD rates.
Payment will be done beforehand, as in, before I start your commission.
Priority will be first come, first serve, and I reserve the right to alter the order if necessary (for example, if a client still hasn’t given me feedback for any WIPs presented, I will go ahead and finish other commissions).
I reserve the rights to any piece I make, any artwork intended for commercial use is to be discussed and negotiated upon commissioning.
I will not issue any refunds. If you wish to alter your piece before it’s started, given it stays within the same price range, you may do so.
You may request that your piece is not posted, I will fully respect your privacy.
Commissions with set deadlines for special occasions (such as birthdays, anniversaries, holidays) shall be specified. A fee will then be added to the final price. Please note that this option is not always available.
Extra characters should be interacting in some way, be it by holding hands, kissing, hugging, etcetera, meaning they should not be separate enough to be considered two different pieces.
Any other details, such as different clothing and expressions, disembodied hands or genitals will be an extra fee.
Please know that my commissions take a long time, and only commission me if you’re comfortable with the wait. I completely understand if this does not suit you.
As the commission is being made:
You may request anything to be changed during the sketch phase, such as poses, compositions and anatomy.
Once the composition and a cleaner sketch are approved and I move on to the next steps, any severe changes may be charged for.
Small changes such as color, lighting, and any other necessary fixes are perfectly fine.
Once the final product is presented, you may request for small adjustments. Any big adjustments may be charged for. Once those adjustments are done, the commission will be deemed completed.
After the commission is completed:
You may use your commission for any ends you see fit, as long as it’s personal use and non-commercial.
You may repost the piece wherever you’d like. Credit is not needed but would be highly appreciated!
If any edits are made to the piece, I ask that they be disclaimed and not attributed to me.
The above do not apply to any previously negotiated commercial pieces.
